Nice to see you enjoyed Warsaw - however there are quite a few mistakes in your article:

1) France did not give a bridge to Warsaw (where in the world did you hear about this???)

2)"A large sports complex has been created" - no this is being planned for the Euro 2012 - but is still completely on paper

3) "A concert hall is in the process of being erected in the center of town in the place of an old hotel" - Um, no, no its not. There are a couple of planned cultural investments for Warsaw - a Museum of Modern art, a Chopin Museum, a museum of modern technology - but no concert hall is being built, certainly not in the center of warsaw and certainly not in the place of a hotel...

3)"Unfortunately, it was destroyed in WWII, and rebuilt in the 1980’s." - umm, no it wasnt. 95% of the re-building was done straight after the war (40's and early 50's). Only the royal palace was reconstructed in the middle 80's. Also saying that it felt like a movie set, because the colors were off, is a bit unfair - the houses were reconstructed along original, pre-war plans (which includes the colors) and all the buildings were reconstructed using original 14th century metrials - so, its not as if these houses are "film plan" types...

2) "lots of Russian architectural influence" - again, not really, unless you mean typical socialist architecture (housng blocks) which was common across europe in the 1960's and 1970's ??

Overall, interesting article though!
