The self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh no longer exists. Azerbaijan has fully restored its sovereignty over Nagorno-Karabakh, and the entire Armenian population has fled the mountainous region that it sees as its ancestral lands. According to reports, Armenia has received more than 100,000 refugees, as the mass exodus has emptied the enclave that has been under
