This week, a virtual trip to Stotfold Nature Reserve in Hertfordshire, an “an eight acre Local Nature Reserve with plantings of native trees, hedges and a wildflower meadow. Ponds of varying depths benefit birds, insects and amphibians with living willow hides and a pond dipping platform”. With photos from Razia Kekić and a video from Joan, you can really get a good sense of this oasis.
I also visited the reserve myself last month. It’s a delight.
