These are strange times. Many are frightened by coronavirus but also inspired and encouraged by the brave activism of Black Lives Matter protesters across the world. While we are all living through a historic pandemic, so many people are making their own history at the same time.
COVID infections seem to be subsiding in many parts of the world. This is encouraging, though optimism is tentative. As with every week of the crisis, there have been social media posts that kept people going. Here are our favourites from this week:
