Podcast Showcase: Zen Parenting Radio

Zen Parenting Radio

Welcome to the next in the Podcast Showcase series, where we share podcasts with you in the words of the podcasters themselves. This time, we talk to Zen Parenting Radio

Sum up your podcast in three sentences

The best predictor of a child’s well-being is a parent’s self-understanding. We draw from experience, research, and pop culture to explore self-awareness through a lens of love and humor. As a spiritual and emotional mom and a logical and practical dad, we believe in reflective and respectful discourse through podcasts, events, and individual and group sessions. Our words – written and spoken – aim to expand compassion for ourselves, each other, and the world.

What made you start this podcast?

Cathy and I were having these important conversation at the dinner table and we thought other parents might be struggling with the same issues as we were so we decided to record our conversations.
